Terms, privacy, and risk

OracleIQ does not recommend, solicit, broker, custody, or execute investments. Crypto assets can lose all value. You are solely responsible for verification, position sizing, taxes, and legal compliance.

We store a pseudonymous recovery-key profile, watchlists, research notes, alert preferences, API credentials as hashes, webhook configuration, push subscriptions, and limited product/error events. We do not require an email, wallet signature, or legal identity for the free research profile.

Market queries are sent to configured infrastructure providers. Telegram and browser-push delivery necessarily transmit alert content to those channels. We do not sell personal data. Users can disconnect channels and revoke keys; operational and security logs may be retained.

Do not abuse rate limits, probe other profiles, redistribute provider data unlawfully, evade access controls, or use OracleIQ for market manipulation or illegal activity.

The service is provided as available without warranties of accuracy, uptime, fitness, or non-infringement. Rankings are organic unless explicitly marked sponsored; OracleIQ currently has no paid-placement path.
